There is currently no charge to take these lessons and you only need to sign up if you want to start working to work to become a Certified Anahat Meditation Teacher.  Signing up allows us to send you email notifications about upcoming classes and events.

After submitting this form, a brief confirmation message will appear—no need to resubmit. Just enjoy the teachings, and be sure to watch Level 4 – Certified Teacher Training before applying. Practice all meditations for at least one year prior to certification.
