Hello! I’m Emily Giddens, a Certified Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with over 1,000 hours of training through the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. My path into this work began with a personal desire to grow and move beyond the cycles I was caught up in. Hypnotherapy supported meaningful shifts in how I cared for my body, observed my emotions, and showed up in relationships. Over time, it became clear that this work wasn’t just for me—it was something I was meant to share with others. In our work together, I hold a respectful and supportive space for you to explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional layers that may be keeping you stuck. My role isn’t to fix you, because you’re not broken. You may have developed ways of coping that once made sense but no longer align with the life you want to live. When we bring awareness to those patterns, change becomes possible.
