Sara Ajna is a Certified Clinical and Interpersonal Hypnotherapist with over 1,000 hours of training from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. She guides clients into deep emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and soul remembrance through a feminine, intuitive, and spiritually grounded approach. Her work blends advanced hypnotherapy with the softer principles of receiving, inner stillness, and intuitive wisdom, helping clients dissolve emotional loops, heal generational and pre-natal imprints, and cultivate prosperity from a peaceful, embodied place. Informed by over a decade of Near-Death Experience (NDE) research, her sessions often explore themes of forgiveness, life review, and releasing the burdens of the past. As an artist and the author of You Are The You-niverse, Sara brings a symbolic, imagistic dimension to healing- a quality that naturally evolved into her newest modality: water crystallography. Using water collected from the spring where her own healing began, she photographs the water before and after sessions, revealing the crystalline patterns shaped by intention, emotion, and subconscious transformation. These water crystals serve as a visible mirror of the inner work occurring: If water outside of us can shift and harmonize so beautifully, what is the water within us doing as we reconnect, realign, and transform? This integration deepens session work, amplifies intention, and offers clients the option to receive their own water crystal images as a sacred reminder of their healing.
