My journey into this transformative work began with healing my own subconscious in truly life-changing ways, and I now have the privilege of a front-row seat to witness profound change in the lives of others as well. I believe that healing doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be honest. When we create space for the subconscious to be heard, understood, and supported, change often comes more naturally and quicker than we expect. Every day I see firsthand that when we bring the subconscious into alignment and wholeness, incredible shifts happen. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where deep change feels possible.
