Hi, I’m Barbara Robinson, a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with over 500 hours of professional training from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in Orlando, FL. My path to this work began with my own healing journey—after months of trying to quit smoking, it was hypnotherapy that finally helped me let go of cigarettes for good. That breakthrough changed my life and ignited a deep passion for helping others harness the power of their subconscious mind. At Mindful Awakening Hypnotherapy, I combine evidence-based techniques like NLP, Breathwork, Meditation, and Eye Movement Therapy with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
