Kim Nogueira is a certified clinical and transpersonal hypnotherapist who helps people access the deeper layers of their mind to create meaningful change. Using evidence-informed hypnotic techniques alongside breathwork and mind-body practices, she helps clients address concerns such as stress, habit change, sleep issues, emotional regulation, personal growth and spiritual exploration. Her approach blends practical therapeutic tools with a respectful openness to the deeper dimensions of human experience. Before becoming a hypnotherapist, Kim spent years as an internationally exhibiting narrative art jeweler whose work explored paradox, consciousness, and altered states of awareness. While researching subjects such as trance states and near-death experiences for her artwork—including her solo exhibition Paradox Found—she found herself increasingly drawn to the mysteries of the mind itself. That curiosity eventually led her from studying consciousness as an artist to working with it directly as a practitioner. Today, she brings both clinical training and a lifelong sense of wonder about the human mind to her work, helping people discover the quiet intelligence, healing potential and remarkable resources already present within them.
