My name is Esné, a name that traces back to the ancient Proto-Indo-European word for “harvest.” It speaks to cycles — the natural rhythms of life, not only in the changing seasons, but in the inner seasons of the human heart and psyche. At times, people become stuck in a season that is meant to be part of a natural process — grief, loss, transition, or uncertainty. My work is to help the wheel turn again, restoring movement and balance. What may feel like an ending can slowly soften from winter into spring, and eventually into summer.

My name is Esné, and I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Somatic Practitioner. My work serves those who have hit a standstill on their healing path and find themselves repeating patterns despite their best efforts to move beyond them. I am not interested in clinical diagnoses or labels; I want to know who you are as a person. Based on your unique imprint, I use a blend of evidence-based tools and deep intuitive insight to guide you toward a deeper understanding of self. This is a space where your humanity is honoured and your personal power reclaimed.

There is currently no charge to take these lessons and you only need to sign up if you want to start working to work to become a Certified Anahat Meditation Teacher.  Signing up allows us to send you email notifications about upcoming classes and events.
