I blend Hypnotherapy with the ancient art and science of Ayurveda and Therapeutic Sound to provide a holistic approach to help you understand and address the causes of your suffering. I have worked successfully with clients on many issues, including addiction, sleep disturbances, fears/phobias, toxic relationships, and intrusive thoughts. I mainly focus on three groups of women who often find themselves carrying invisible emotional weight: adult adoptees, those seeking to break toxic family patterns, and those navigating difficult life transitions. You can survive through life, but who wants that? My trauma-informed work is about gently uncovering what’s been held beneath the surface. I’ll be your guide, peeling back the layers so you can move from surviving to thriving and illuminate your life!

I'm a Registered Nurse with 30+ years of experience working in every aspect of healthcare as a critical care nurse, educator, military officer, consultant, and executive. I became a nurse to help people, but over time, I felt increasingly disheartened by how often we treat symptoms rather than getting to the root of the problem. My own healing journey has taken me down a winding path, which ultimately led me to hypnotherapy. It was through hypnosis that I was able to heal my own deeply rooted trauma related to circumstances around my early childhood abandonment and subsequent adoption, and all of the things that come with it. Hypnosis provided a level of insight, forgiveness, and self-acceptance that I never thought possible, and liberated me to make highly impactful changes in my life. Along the way, I was called to use this powerful modality to help others. So here I am, ready to help you on your journey to illuminating your best life!

There is currently no charge to take these lessons and you only need to sign up if you want to start working to work to become a Certified Anahat Meditation Teacher.  Signing up allows us to send you email notifications about upcoming classes and events.
