The Anahat Meditation System is best learned from a teacher over a long period of time, however all teachings are freely given here for any sincere seeker.  This page contains PDF documents of all Workbook Lessons, Video Lessons, The Audio Lessons from 2005, and supplemental literature.  We highly recommend reading The Sacred Geometry of Meditation and The Anahat Meditation System before diving into the Lessons as such a comprehensive system is worthy of a truly thorough study and a very well-informed beginning.
