Paula is a Certified Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnotherapist (CCHt) with the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy (IIH), a Spiritual Wellness Coach, and a certified Usui Reiki Master. She offers deeply personalized, 1-on-1 online sessions, creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for clients worldwide. Focusing on the subconscious root of challenges rather than just the symptoms, Paula guides clients to transform limiting beliefs, emotional wounds, and self-sabotaging patterns. Her practice is built on the conviction that everyone possesses the innate capacity for profound change. As a member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists (IAIH), Paula is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards. * Hypnotherapy Training is taught at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy®, through the Florida Department of Education’s Commission for Independent Education, License #3448.  IIH is licensed to teach medical/clinical hypnotherapy as a school, yet all practitioners are required to work within the confines of Federal, State, County, and City laws.  All medical, mental health, or dental conditions require the appropriate referral, prescription, supervision, or direction from a qualified licensed practitioner of the healing arts as per Florida Statute 485.  All graduates who are not licensed practitioners of the healing arts are not to use words such as healing, treat, cure, or diagnose as we strongly discourage operating outside of the scope of one’s credentials.
